We are looking for an experienced, reliable and team-oriented sushi chef for our restaurants in Copenhagen.

Job tasks:
Preparation of sushi (nigiri, maki, uramaki, etc.)
Ensuring high quality and consistency
Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
Close cooperation with kitchen colleagues
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sushi chef
Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner
Reliable and responsible
Strong teamwork skills
Flexible and adaptable
Humble and respectful towards colleagues
